Black Italian Stamp Venetian plaster accent wall behind a home office desk in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

About This Project

This home office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida features a black Venetian plaster accent wall applied using the Italian Stamp technique. Italian Stamp is a method of application that builds a thick, expressive texture to give the wall pronounced depth. The raised surface is then lightly smoothed, bringing a subtle shine to the high points while preserving the deeper texture beneath. The contrast between recessed areas and softly polished highlights creates layers of depth as light moves across the wall. The rich black finish makes the wall a distinctive focal point behind the desk, adding handcrafted character to the home office. The adjoining walls have been digitally changed to white in these project photos; the black accent wall is the completed plaster finish.
